Great local restaurant. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, food is delicious and reasonably priced, just a shame it was fairly empty

First time here to celebrate a family birthday. Having a soft play made the decision, as my two year old granddaughter,is finding it hard to sit still in restaurants now, although we didn’t enter that section until after our meal, and it was free because I believe, we bought a kids meal (although her dinner was a HUGE pizza!) Food was great, portions are huge, we really enjoyed it. Didn’t know what to expect, hadn’t heard great things locally , but we’ll definitely be back. If I had to pick at one thing, I did think the 15 service charge was a bit steep, but no difference to other restaurants, I guess. I’d tell anyone locally to give it a go

We were very intrigued about this place after our mum booked it for her birthday celebrations. After all, an American style restaurant combined with a soft play area for kids doesn’t come along all that often!! At first glance, this is a very nice place with plenty of space and cool American theming. It didn’t feel a million miles off a TGIs type restaurant. The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful. Whilst I didn’t get stuck into it a great deal, the kids seemed to be loving the soft play area! This really is a great idea, as it allows the kids to go off and enjoy themselves (removing their painful wait for the food!), giving the adults time to relax and talk - apart from those supervising the kids of course! Between all of us, we had an ultimate sharing combo (or something like that) and a vegetarian sharing combo. All of the food across both of these was delicious, and made for a nice starter. We had lots of different main courses, but everyone seemed thoroughly satisfied with theirs. My wife and I both had the veggie ranch burger (or a similar name, basically a halloumi burger) which was great as well. It could have done with double the halloumi (or the option to double up on the halloumi for a little extra would be more than welcome), but the overall burger was great and the roasted vegetables in it were superb. Fries were great too, and a decent portion which makes a nice change! Again, the staff were so helpful throughout and couldn’t do enough to keep us happy. We had a really nice (and hilarious) touch at the end when they brought out our mum’s birthday dessert - with accompanying singing, huge sparkler and pink cowboy hat. She was especially pleased that she got to keep said hat!! I was going to give a four star rating as it was just a little on the pricey side and the food could do with being a little more adventurous (or the veggie options at least), but I would feel harsh not giving five stars when the staff were just so friendly and helpful. Very well done guys, thank you for such a fun Sunday afternoon and for making mum’s birthday so enjoyable!

We have just had my little grandsons 3rd birthday meal here. The staff were all amazing and the service we received was excellent. The food was lovely too! Thank you all, your an amazing team

Really nice environment with friendly staff. The menu has a lot to choose from. I've tried the ribs, jumbo shrimp, sharing platter for the starters and it was all delicious. They have a good choice of drinks and a great choice of desserts and ice cream. It has a childrens area and it great for parties. Would definitely go back again. They have a Man Vs Food burger challenge for those interested in taking it on.

Amazing food!!! Great place, we were looking for somewhere to take our kids but somewhere not judgmental of our ASD child, this place was a dream find. Massive play area, great food and relaxing! Loved it. Will be back!!!

My kids had a great time at the softplay. We didnt eat, but did have coffees. Softplay is small as its part of the restaurant but overall definitely worth 5 stars. Staff were all great. You either buy a kids meal and kids are free in the softplay or you can pay a small charge if you dont need food

Absolutely great place. There is a ramp in so no problem for wheelchairs. Lots of space inside including some comfortable booths and tables. 10 of us went including a wheelchair user and had lots of space and no problems. Food was great. Had burgers, pizzas, ribs, chicken skewers and some sides. All really tasty. My daughter had an issue with the ribs and they great, taking it away and removing the sauce and giving her some in a dish on the side. Service was great. Can't fault it. Had drinks but they were also happy to give us tap water. Only issue (and nothing to do with the restaurant) is parking. Not many spaces and you can only park for 30 minutes before 6:30. There are side streets so you will find a space but may take a few minutes. There are buses though. And Worcester Park train station, which is about a 5-10 minutes walk away. It's not cheap but not super expensive. Totally recommend the place
